How do I scan a product?

Open Woof, tap "Scan," and point your camera at the ingredient list on any pet food package. The analysis takes a few seconds.

How many free scans do I get?

You get 3 free scans. After that, upgrade to Woof Pro for unlimited scans and full reports.

What does Pro include?

Unlimited scans, full ingredient breakdowns, quality category scores, nutrition facts, customer reviews, recall alerts, and shareable score cards.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to your Profile in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Woof and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.

The scan didn't work. What should I do?

Make sure the ingredient list is clearly visible and well-lit. Hold your camera steady. If it still doesn't work, try taking a photo instead of using live scan. Contact us if the problem persists.
